How to use this
Ideal (median) is the middle value for kids of the same age, sex, and height. Healthy range is a broad band many children fall into. The trend over months matters more than one reading.
If weight is below/above the range, look at habits: balanced meals, fruit/veggies, active play, and sleep. Avoid strict diets in kids; seek supportive, family-style changes.
